- I've been an Application Developer for the last 15 years. In all those years one thing I have found that makes my job easier is to provide better training on the tools I build. So, I went out and became a Certified Technical Trainer (CompTIA CTT+) and offer up all the training I can. I also keep my eyes on the training world to see how to best encourage the continued growth of myself and those around me.
